Tom and the Band Launches the 'Second Hand Smoke' Music Video

Video Introduction

The Second Hand Smoke video has received a great response since its March 10 release, garnering thousands of views and many shares in its first nine days of release. The songs' tight family harmonies serve to perfectly accentuate the raw emotion of the songs' heartfelt lyrics; lyrics which are especially relatable to Boomers and Gen Xers. The Video's Artistic Vision

Tom and the band collaborated with Tyler Adams to bring "Second Hand Smoke" to life. The video seamlessly intertwines studio and live concert footage, home movie clips from Tom's childhood, and a father and son duo playing the parts of Tom and his Dad. Because of the personal nature of this song, Tom was actively involved in the story boarding of the video, which was a new role for him.

Impact on the Audience

Tom first performed this song at his dad's funeral in 2021. Since then it has been a mainstay in the Frye Family Band's concert set and often brings the audience to tears. With attendees often sharing what "their smell" is. Being able to see the story come to life through the music video has only added to songs response.
